Hospitality switches to tech mode!
Yesterday, the Grande Scène moved from luxury to investment. The Hospitality Investment Lab by MKG took a close look at hotel investment and the NextGen Hospitality Challenge put hospitality master’s students in the spotlight, after Tables & Auberges de France presented the Special Hotel Trophy of its Best Breakfast Competition. Congratulations to the students and the winners!
Today is the final day, and the pace shows no sign of slowing. Last day does not mean last minute: there is still time to do business. Technology sets the tone on the Grande Scène (Pavilion 7.3), where HITEC Paris, together with HFTP, gathers the hotel technology community from 10am to 4.45pm around AI agents, guest data, cybersecurity and the operating model of hotels. In the Atrium (Pavilion 7.3), from 9.45am, HSMAI Europe holds its Commercial Strategy Forum Paris, a full day devoted to hotel commercial strategy: the European outlook, revenue management, artificial intelligence, followed by a workshop on TRevPAR and profitability at 2.40pm.
In the Wellness Lounge (Pavilion 4), the French Massage Championship, organised by Label SPA de France, runs throughout the day, leading up to the Awards ceremony. The event is hosted by Isabelle Charrier, Publisher and Editor in Chief of Sense of WELLNESS Magazine. At Hospitality Talks (Pavilion 7.1) and Design Talks (Pavilion 7.2), Carré Basset opens its Experience Observatory at 10:15am, A Vivre explores hotels between landscape and territory at 10:30am, UMIH tackles business succession at 12pm, Delporte Hospitality reveals its key to Generous Hospitality at 3pm and French Living in Motion by l’Ameublement français rounds things off at 4pm with hotel furniture, an undervalued asset.
The show closes its doors at 5:30pm. Until then, there is a whole day left to make new contacts, close deals and discover the latest launches in the aisles. Thank you all for these four days, and have a great final day!
